Chitti 2.0 manages to capture Pakshi Rajan's spirit in a containment box, but he escapes with the help of Dhinendra Bohra, an evil scientist who wants to use Chitti for his own gain. Bohra also releases Chitti's evil version 3.0, who joins forces with Pakshi Rajan to wreak havoc in the city. Vaseegaran then creates another robot called Kutti 3.0, who is small but powerful, and uses him to infiltrate Pakshi Rajan's army of cell phones. He also convinces Chitti 3.0 to switch sides and help him stop Pakshi Rajan. In the final showdown, Vaseegaran sacrifices himself to destroy Pakshi Rajan's spirit with a powerful electromagnetic pulse.
