Barbra’s exceptional teamwork, situational awareness, and commitment to collaboration were recently demonstrated when she provided valuable information after an officer discovered contraband during an outside security round. Based on information she had overheard, Barbra was able to assist officers in identifying the trustee involved and where the contraband was intended to be taken. Her professionalism, integrity, and willingness to promptly share relevant information supported the investigation and contributed to maintaining the safety and security of the detention facility. Barbra’s dedication to working alongside detention staff reflects the outstanding teammate, leader, and valuable asset she is to the entire team.
