We are excited to announce our very first QMHP of the Year. Choosing just one individual was no easy task, as there are countless stories of dedication and perseverance among our mental health professionals.

Adrienne has worked in mental health and addiction services since 1997 and holds a master’s in social work from Indiana University Northwest. She’s drawn to this career by the trust placed in her by those she serves, considering it an honor to listen to patients’ stories and help create plans that support their unique situations. Adrienne joined Southern Health Partners in December 2021, bringing with her a wide range of experience across outpatient, residential, detox, and hospital settings.
Correctional social work captured Adrienne’s interest because of its distinctive challenges and the thoughtful care required to serve this population. She describes the work as unlike any other, both deeply rewarding and demanding. Adrienne lives in Whitewater, Wisconsin, has been married for 29 years, and is the proud mom of a son who is currently a junior in college. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
