Stephanie, a Travel LPN, has been selected as the Reasons Award Winner for the 1st Quarter of 2026 in recognition of her dedication and commitment to her team. A true team player, Stephanie consistently steps up to any challenge when asked. During a recent staffing shortage at Robertson County, she was instrumental in helping keep the site covered by picking up extra shifts and ensuring tasks were completed in a timely manner.

“There are many ways to describe Stephanie, but one moment stands out. During the winter storm, she was stuck at a motel in Dickson County. With deputies transporting her, she covered every shift for several days when other nurses couldn’t make it in due to the road conditions.”
– Darrell, LPN Region Director
Her dedication was especially evident during the recent severe storm. While stranded in Dickson County due to the weather, Stephanie was transported to and from the site by deputies so she could continue working. Not only did she cover her scheduled shifts, but she also stepped in to cover additional shifts when full-time staff called out, helping keep the site staffed and operational throughout the emergency conditions.
