Since joining SHP in 2007, Fernando has consistently shown what dedication, teamwork, and a go-getter attitude look like. He travels throughout SHP to train new hires, cover open shifts, and step in wherever he is needed, bringing positivity and professionalism to every site. He never meets a stranger and has a way of making everyone feel welcome and supported.
