Our employee of the month selection for March was a difficult one, with many great recommendations. After much deliberation, Danyelle Crawford was chosen after hearing many compelling stories about her recent hard work as the MTA at Shelby County in KY.
Danyelle has shown an incredible resilience in facing her sites staffing shortage, covering overnight positions and keeping her site up to date and prepared during the pandemic. Through all of this she has shown her organizational skills and constant relentlessness in the face of adversity at her site, transforming the site after she took it over as Medical Team Administrator.
American Poet Maya Angelou said, “I think a hero is any person really intent on making this a better place for all people.”
For the past three years the level of dedication Danyelle has shown time and again proves she is a nursing hero. Danyelle has what it takes to lead a successful and inspirational team of nurses. It is our honor to acknowledge her continued efforts by selecting her as SHP Employee of the Month for March 2021.
