Southern Health Partners is proud to recognize Katrina “Kat” as our October Employee of the Month! Kat exemplifies what it means to put SHP First, Patient First, and Team First. When the site faced a staffing transition without a Medical Services Coordinator, she stepped up to help maintain continuity, took on additional responsibilities, and covered extra hours to ensure medications were administered as scheduled. She has also played a significant role in the success and growth of the Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) program, offering valuable insight and support to patients and staff. Her dedication to patient care was recently recognized with a Lifesaving Award, highlighting the meaningful difference she makes every day.
