It has been said that Yuliana always shows up, even when things don't go as planned. Right from the start she has changed the team for the better. During the peak of Covid and a staffing crisis at the site, Yuliana was the only day shift "home" employee to keep the doors open and coordinate the flow with the travel nurses, and although it was overwhelming she handled it with great composure.
